Due to it being fish spawning season we’re lowering our fish consumption so have created 5 delectable vegetarian seasonal specials.
1. Green Goddess Maki
wakame seaweed, cucumber, avocado, mizuna and chives rolled in aonori furikake
2. Spelt and Papaya Salad
celeriac, feta, edamame, French beans, beansprouts, with a lemon and poppy seed dressing

3. Crispy Feta Spring Rolls
wrapped with French beans, feta and fresh mint
4. Tofu and Soba Noodle Salad
tofu coated in a mized herb marinade, cherry tomatoes, Japanese pickled cucumbers, with soba and black rice noodles
5. Tofu Ramen Noodle Soup
crispy tofu, king oyster mushroom, French beans and mangetout in a vegetable broth
