seasonal menus

POSTED 26 September 2011 IN Wellbeing

Here at Feng Sushi we don’t just have four seasons, we have six. That way we can bring you the best of local and seasonal produce as well as regularly exciting your taste buds with our new recipes. So, our late summer menu straddles the end of summer and the beginning of autumn with such delights as sweet shrimp ceviche with watermelon, tomberries and London honey vinaigrette from London Honey Bees.

And if you choose our Japanese bean salad with organic tofu, sugar snaps, mangetout, edamame beans and cherry tomatoes in a delicious miso dressing, we’ll donate £1 to Action Against Hunger.

As always, our fish is sustainable – whether it’s line-caught mackerel, hand-dived scallops or sustainable farmed salmon – and, wherever possible, from the UK.

We’re proud of the food we serve and approve of the government’s ‘Responsibility Deal’ and its focus on promoting healthier choices and providing food information. We provide full nutritional food values on our website.
