Taking the hard work out of being healthy.

Most of us will have gorged on too many mince pies over the festive season so January is usually the time to take stock, and resolve to eat more healthily. With that in mind, we’ve put together a fabulous range of great-tasting, affordable eating plans to suit all lifestyles, whether you’re vegetarian, on a high protein diet, following the 5:2 diet or you just want to start the year with a detox using our new improved Feng Diet. Your New Year’s resolution to eat more healthily in 2014 just got a whole lot easier…

Feng diet

It is said that we eat with our eyes, and you won’t have any trouble devouring the dishes we’ve created for you. We’ve included some Feng classics, such as the gorgeous X-Ray salad with avocado, pomegranate and edamame beans, and soba noodle salad with salmon sashimi – and added a host of new dishes, such as the tamago (Japanese omelette) that is inspired by the Dukan Diet galette, and perfect as an addition to a high protein plan.

Three of the diets also include a new, improved ‘rescue pot’ – a healthy alternative to houmous that is made from organic tofu, coriander, ginger, garlic, spring onion, kombu dashi, tamari and sesame oil. Tastier than houmous, far less calorific and, served with carrot and cucumber sticks and wakame seaweed, it’s the perfect snack for any diet. Classic or new, each dish tastes as good as it looks.

protein fix

Each dish has been created to be filling, nutritious and balanced and, in keeping with the Feng Sushi ethos, is sustainably sourced and seasonal. We use the freshest market fruit and vegetables, and add a healthy handful of Asian ingredients too, such as nori and wakame seaweed for essential vitamins, and edamame beans and tofu for high-grade soy protein.

Whether you’d like to drop a few pounds or simply eat more healthily, once you’ve started, you can keep the momentum going by having one or two Feng Diet days a week.

So pick a diet, pick up the phone and make a happy healthy start to 2014.
