We went to the OXO Tower on London’s Southbank to the 2013 Sustainable Restaurant Awards.
We were joined by some of the country’s leading chefs and restaurateurs, such as Hugh Fearnley-Whittingstall and chef Raymond Blanc, to find out who was going to get the gong for the best sustainability credentials.
Feng Sushi picked up the Innovation Award!
In short, Feng Sushi won due to having one of the highest ratings in sustainability, and this has been recognised by the SRA:
