Lesson 4: Sashimi
Classic salmon sashimi
400g Mooli salad
400g salmon sashimi block
100g mixed baby salad leaves
to serve: wasabi, pickled ginger, soy sauce
Cut 20 pieces of fish sashimi style (see lesson 2)
Take a handful of salad leaves, arrange on a plate and top with mooli salad.
Place five slices of salmon in a fan on the plate. Serve the wasabi, ginger and soy sauce on the side.
