Here at Feng Sushi we’ve been into sustainability from the very start, but following the success of Hugh’s Fish Fight, I thought it would be a good idea to invite a few food bloggers along to a ‘taster’ session of our sushi-making master class so that they could see just how easy it is to make really tasty sushi – and be sustainable at the same time.
